This looks damage from aggression opposed to tail rot and my suspect is the damsel especially if blue or domino damsel.
You will have to find the culprit and isolate or rid of it. One way to find out is to set your cell phone on video mode for about 40 mins and drop a little food and walk away - YOU MUST walk away as they know youre there. Often the aggressor is a jerk at feeding time.
Review the video and see who it may be

The only “treatment” for aggression is to separate the aggressor from the fish being harassed.
The convict tang or damsels are both possibilities, so getting a video like @vetteguy53081 suggested is the best way to see what needs to be done.

Agreeing with previous poster… besides figuring out who the aggressor is, you can help the fish out a lot by getting more rock in the tank. This way, all of the fish have places to hide and they won’t always be in each other’s line of sight. As your fish grow, the aggression is only going to get worse if they don’t have many rocks to create their own territories.

Your tank is very bare, Please add rocks and hiding places for them, it might help against aggression if they know they have a safe place to go too.

Form or function: Do you consider your rock work to be art or the platform for your coral?
