Fin rot in blenny

I have a Forktail Blenny in my reef tank and have kept it for a month. I recently noticed that its right pectoral fin has a cloudy area in the middle (as shown on the left in the picture). I suspect it may be fin rot. Venomous fangblennies seem to be highly susceptible to this condition. How should I treat this case?

IU dont see fin rot but rather what may be a sand grain or at worse case lymphocystis which is viral and of no harm but really think this is a grain of sans which will fall off

I see the cloudy area - however it is not fin rot - which tends to start at the ends of the fin rather than the middle. I would watch it. Is the white spot that is near the cloudy area on your glass (there are other spots as well) or on the fish.

I can see the general cloudy area at the center of the fin. That isn't "fin rot" per-se, but can be a result of damage, like a bruise I suppose.

There is a single white spot just above and to the left of the red line. That could be a grain of sand, but could also be marine ich.
