Anybody still starting with Barebottom dry rock or did we scare you enough?
Well.........I do disagree with some of your original post.....but it was still a good read lol. My current tank was all dry marco rock and is BB....easiest, most successful SPS tank I have ever set up. Has been set up for about 1.5 years with no nuiscance algae issues or pests. Is live rock easier......probably.......should you avoid dry rock at all costs.....absolutely not :)

To each his own and disagreeing is perfectly fine. You’ve had more luck than maybe 90%. You’ve had a tank before, obviously and i bet you fall into the blue thumb category. Glad to hear the other side
