My Ducan coral shrunk & tentacles are shriveled up and one one of the heads is closed up

So I just notice today my Duncan is shrunken down and the tentacles are shriveled up also one of the heads is closed up and I don’t know what is going on, should I be worried?

This looks like a new tank setup ! . How long has it been running ? What are your parameters ?

Just looks like something brushed up against it or the lights just turned off. I have a colony that has done that a couple times a day for years.

I feed it after I saw it like this now it’s better
