my first order with AquaSD

I I've ordered three times now. Small orders of cheap acros. Good results each time. I never read up on them so I had no clue people had problems with them.

I’ve ordered from them once this year with an amazing experience. Like they stated in this thread, they did hold my order due to a potential delay and i was perfectly fine with that. As long as it could be shipped on a next day arrival i was satisfied. I give them credit for stopping any potential delayed shipments. Some other companies need to take notes.

Carriers don't take responsibility for delays but there are services that if shipped by their parameters will guarantee the shipment for a fee. This exists with reptiles and I believe they do fish too. They don't guarantee DOA if it arrives on time, however.

I’m fortunate to live super close to @AquaSD so ive never had to get items shipped but I can say it is a top notch facility. They have by far the cleanest and healthiest looking corals I’ve seen. And the owner and staff are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’d say 95% of my coral is from them.

I've had a good experience with ASD. They run eBay auctions as well and I recently had my website order and eBay winnings shipped together. Everything came in packaged well, including a Cynarina and an easy SPS pack. The one time I had an issue with delayed shipping, it was due to miscommunication on both sides, but they made it right.

I look at their website now and then I’ve heard all the negative comments about them. I did a small order with them about three years ago and was disgusted with what they sent me. Some of their prices are outrageous almost as bad as worldwide Coral, but no one is as bad as worldwide Coral And TSA as far as pricing go, their prices are outrageous It should be criminal. What they are doing with their pricing.

If you don't like their price, then don't order them. No one put a gun to your head and make you order these animals. Jesus!!!! people complain about everything.

I ordered a few times from AquaSD. Always get healthy animals. I do think their pictures are over saturated (essentially the same for essentially all of the online businesses) and I have to compensate in my head for this, but never have anything wrong with the animals.
I certainly know the anticipation of waiting for the shipment. My shipment from Biota is arriving tomorrow also. Goodluck with your's.
