Ok, so august of 2019 I decided to make the switch from freshwater to saltwater and I decided I was gonna go big with a reef tank I have in the past kept everything from discus to malawi cichlids so I was confident with enough research I could be successful. In august/September I watched the entire series of brstv 52 weeks of reefing and the 5 minute reefing guides.

Looking forward to watching your build, I noticed the 55Gal planted tank, ive been looking at possibly using a 20Gal all in one 24X24X24 to start some kind of planted tank, they sure are pretty to look at.

Tested today ammonia is dropping pretty quickly nitrite are really high nitrates are somewhat high... I'll probably perform a 25-30% w/c or so tomorrow to keep from stalling the cycle.
