It's a 90 gallon, started the tank in late January, first stocked around the end of February.

That sound very cool, I like the black sand.

Yes me too, I was kind of worried with it at first because it has magnetic particles in it, which I was afraid would possibly create rust somewhere but so far so good!

I have had the black sand down for 4 years, the only thing I have run into is some grains will stick to magnetic glass cleaners. Especially to the Velcro like pads. I use a Tunze now link. The magnet is elevated off the glass.
