My fish eat Brocolli

Keep a bag of it frozen in the freezse. Microwave it long enough to thaw. Chop stems in legth so hey stay together but are alittle easier to break up and drop it in. Every one loves it. They eat lots.

How long have you been doing this?

I have had all the fish for six to nine years. I have been feeding broccoli for about a year. Before that they ate squid, clams and nori. They still get the squid, clams and nori as well as the broccoli.

Broccoli is rich in vitamin C I don't see why it cant hurt fish need their vitamins just like us. At least nobody in ur tank will catch a cold.

Terrestrial vegetables can be very difficult for fish to digest due to the cellulose, so you're much better off with something like nori.

Also, it's been shown in studies that vitamin C does nothing to prevent the common cold ;)

Indeed indeed I don't even like using pellets that have veggie protein in them. I didn't know that about vit. C but it does help the immune system being its an antioxidant.
