Just wait till there are a couple hundred. The whole crevice will be orange. Then every 3 weeks or so they lay more. I have a laying set myself

It's free fish food lol. I tried the hatchery stuff and it's a job by itself.

Arthacker87 is right. Those eggs are "free lunch" for other fish I guess. Eggs disappeared in 3 days, sadly.
