I kept clicking it but nothing happened. It worked once- my avatar is an old pic of an old seahorse tank I had. Just can't get it to work again. LOL

Success! If at first you don't succeed. ...

Welcome. :) Did you say Sea Horses?
Yes. I used to have a seahorse specific tank.
Now I have a 70g reef. I just introduced seahorses to it last month. Of the 3, I have one left but he he is doing great. I bought them at a local pet store but will order from somewhere like LiveAquaria next time. I use the smaller 450g circulators, 4 of them to be exact. So the current is good but not so strong that the seahorses can't swim. The onnest I purchased locally are very small, so I have them housed in a small plastic breeder tank inside the larger tank. I'm hoping they will be big enough eventually to be out in the main tank.

Tickled pink! My purple lobster is still alive. I haven't seen him in ages and had thought he died. You can only see his claws , unfortunately, but at least he's still in there.

Strawberry likes the openness of the reef. She can often be seen sitting in the light in one of the various openings/ caves in the reef.

I hope I am updating my thread correctly.

I decided to remove a few live rocks, I have a rock tank too, to increase water volume in my 70g bow front reef tank. I spent the next 16 hours attempting to fit rocks so they wouldn't slide- which they did. Several times. In the end, this is what my reef looks like now. More water volume, increase in light to caves and coves, more coral space.

I added hairy mushrooms and found a frogspawn in a cave at the bottom of the reef. So far everything is doing great.

I have babies! I don't know what kind of babies - betting on shrimp, but theyare there by the hundreds it looks like. The pipe fish have moved to the top to feed and Im afraid the green chromis's are going to founder.

Not to be mean or anything Reefer with SeaHorses but that unicorn tang you have in there will get. 2.5 feet long, those tangs require at least a 7 foot tank

Yeah I know. I'm planning a 250 to 300 g wall aquarium. But, I had to get hI'm out of my tank. He became aggressive and was picking on everything in the tank. I traded him for a pair of Coral Beautys. :)

A couple of update shots. I'll get full tank when I get back in. Rather proud of my little frogspawn. It has come along nicely since I moved it into the light after finding it growing in a cave at the bottom of my reef.
