Yeah, I emailed them and got a reply like 4 days later. I emailed to:

hydorusa.office at hydor dot com

Took a few days but I have a new part coming. Include your mailing info and phone number in the email and just say for them to send the part. Describe how and where it broke. They will send one.

G'Luck

I got the part today!!!! Only 28 days with an unusable pump!!!!

The bumper is still held in place by a VERY thin plastic web. I'm thinking if I knew how to bond to this plastic I would beef it up a bit myself!!!

Hey buddy so I have had koralias also and they are good pumps the problem I have with them is the evos don't actually hold up with a wavetimer I have a redsea max timer and have ordered 4 sets of front covers with the bumper. For some reason they just keep breaking off. Also there is no comparison between them and vortechs it would be like comparing a ferrari to a honda just not a fair comparison lol. I am actually looking for an MP40w es now if anyone wants to get rid of it :)
