Hello Jay and Welcome to R2R! Sorry but it depends what time you go to work. I don't turn on my lights early. The lights start the first phase at 10:00 am. They finish ramping up at 11:00. The main thing is that I really get to enjoy them in the evening before they start to ramp down!
