I know some wrasseholes ;) Do you want just fairy wrasse suggestions or are you open to other genera? Do you have sand?
I've got three fairy's coming for the 180. I'm very interested in Other suggestions for sure. Didn't know if there were many for that size.

If you have sand how about a leopard. M. Bipartitus (blue star leopard), M. Ornatus (ornate leopard), M. Meleagris (regular leopard), and M. Moyeri (Moyer’s leopard) are the hardier leopards and they would be fine in a 54g. Some of the smaller halichoeres wrasses are Biocellatus (red-lined wrasse), Chrysus (yellow coris), Iridis (radiant), and Cosmetus (adorned).

Alright Mike, I didn't get a plated shot but this is how I do fresh BFT. Came in off a boat this morning. Caught yesterday I believe and brined @20% salt.

The toro loin doesn't hit heat, obviously.

1/2" slices, Fresh cracked pepper, salt, avocado seed oil. 30 seconds or side on close to cooked asparagus.

Punches way above it's weight class.

This prompted me to get a pic of my big boy, this is "frisky" colouration with eyes switched on, first pic of about 20 taken, I'll update later if there are better ones. :)
