So just discovered the slab of quartz cracked before the install time yesterday. Run to Spokane pick up new and start over. The slab was defective and cupped like a potato chip. Warranty claim. But customer is livid and it is a no win. Just an average day running your own business.

Having to be nice to people because “customers are always right” is BS. It’s not like you went and broke it. Stuff happens, it’s being taken care of.

Wish we could tell customers to remove the tree from your bum and be happy we didn’t decided to drop the quartz on your head so we could test for stress factors!
