All my years of using kit dyes, and gel food coloring was really where it's at. So much easier. I could adjust color intensity or make new colors, but I did 4 drops of each 8 colors I had. Good enough for me.

Big bear, CA. Was meant to do Death Valley for the weekend, but they were calling for rain, so last min switch to the mountain. Turns out dry in Death Valley and blizzard in Big Bear (or what Californians call a blizzard at least)

Happy Easter #Cronies! I’ve missed all of you! I’ve been busy with life and vivarium building. I’m going to get back to being in here a lot more starting this week. I had a stomach virus last week that my wife ended up with, and I got a severe toothache which has been taken care of for now. Then I ended up on some new meds in addition to what I’ve been taking so it’s been messing with me a bit but it too is getting better, much like the weather.

Things are much better than they were last week at this point in time, and the vivarium is coming along. I miss the reef but I’m enjoying the viv build quite a bit so that helps a lot.
