My mini maxis do that for a few days if they are about to spawn. You may end up with some free coral food before it is over with. They typically spawn at night.Top hat Tuesday (slightly smooshed)

Hmmm. May not open. If not, just fill with hydrogen peroxide and let sit for a bit. Then rinse with hot water and repeat if needed. It should most of the crud out.
