My new clam!

Im starting to fall for clams and theres no turning back. Ive had a clam for a while but just now started to get hooked and well im hopeing that this is just the beginning in my collection. I purchased this little guy from Unique Corals and its doing awesome and seems to be happy. Heres pics of my clams.

Ive been building a tank for the past 7 months now and plan on making the sand bed a clam haven lol. Bad thing about it is I still don't even have water in this tank or even plans for water for at least another 2-3 months. Sort of gonna be my splurge tank so every piece im getting is spare no expense just get what I want even if it is taking forever to build. As soon as its up im gonna invest in a few more and hopefully a blue squam

Nice clams. They are very unique animals. I only have one in my new tank. Good luck with them it is addicting. My clam tank had over 20 clams before th big blackout.

EH sorry to hear about that ive been fortunate enough not to have any major problems with my tanks but that's something that can always happen in this hobby. Hopefully you'll rebuild your collection

Well at the time of th big blackout I was working a job at the lfs and aquarium maintenance. I was a full time college student and I was donating about 2/3 of my pay check to my aquarium. I was also living with my parents. I only lost a few clams but I decided it was time to tear it down. I wish I had my original corals and clams.
