G, they do invade its space. the white you see is some putty that I pop off when they grow over it. I need to put a DMZ around another frag too.

Looks good, Lindsey. I'm hoping to get the first half of my 280 upgrade ordered in the next few weeks. Need to order some training material for the PE licensure exam and get reimburst first (nearly $400), but should beb able to pull the trigger after that. Planning on 3 banks of (60) 3W Crees (72x36x25 tank size). I'm already running them on my frag tank (130-72x30x14) and my wife's 75 and love them. Got away with only (48) over the frag tank since it's so shallow. Put (40) over my wife's 75 and have plenty of white left to increase to (running at about 55-60% now). I don't run full white on the frag tank, either.

I have several other tanks that need some light, but not necessarily quality light, so I'm going to try one of the fixtures from aquastyleonline. They are cheap Chinese fixtures using the 3W Bridgelux LED's. A (24) LED kit for $100. I figure its worth a shot for tanks that I'm not really growing anything of importance. They may turn out to be fine.
