My pavona doesn't look too good ?

Help best advice. Parameters all good , got lots of flow just doesn't look good it's on the bottom of a 55 gallon tank should what's your best advice

maybe not enough light....I have my green up about half way off-set under a 250 radium with good flow and is a nice bright green...
