Surprised to see my phosphate so low.......

Not surprised to see all of the heavy metals considering I had been dosing Kent tech m magnesium trying to get rid of bryopsis. I did quit dosing for about 1 to 2 months prior to taking the sample.

Any ideas on how to bring those down?

Ha you are correct not sure what I was looking at......it is the bromine potassium and lithium. Iodine is also low.

Have you been dosing potassium?

The bromine is pretty typical of many people's results and may be from impurities in such additives as the calcium chloride used by you or used in your salt mix.

The lithium is also unusually high. Might be from the Tech M or from a salt mix. What mix?

Thanks Randy!

The only dosing I do is Reef Fusion 1 and 2 for alk and calcium. I was dosing heavy on the tech m but since backed off.

Salt is IO reef crystals.

OK, so the potassium and lithium is not likely from the salt. Could be either of the others, but it seems like a lot to be in the Tech M.

I don't know for sure what's in it, but Acropower only claims to contain amino acids, so hopefully it isn't the source of excess lithium or potassium. :)
