My tomini tang died in a few days after getting it

So basically I got a tomini tang a few days ago it was good the first day I tried feeding it nori it didn’t want that I gave it mysis it would take it but spit it out and it refused flakes then the next following few day it would just hide and come out every now and then and didn’t eat now fast forward to today I come back from school and I see it on the sand barley clinging to life also to mention the store I got it from had a whole bunch of dead fish and not so good looking fish

Well I am assuming that it was probably sick. Sorry for your loss and hope you can get a refund.

I'd be cautious of buying any fish from a store where fish don't look healthy. See if they will offer a refund or store credit.
I'd post some tank photos and parameters to confirm it's nothing with water etc.
