Mysterious things on the glasses and walls

Hi guys
Sorry to intrupting
It's been a while I notice these white things producing on my back wall and glasses of the tank I have snails in my tank I thought it's their eggs
Is there anyway I can clean them so they don't produce anymore

those are spirorbid worms it looks like and you can just scrap them off i don’t know of how to permanently get rid of them though but they are harmless filter feeders

Can a puffer fish get rid of them for me
Yeah I scrap a little of them but they keep coming back

no problem for the help lol and also puffers can be trained not to eat coral but they will if they want to so that’s not the best idea

i’d try and see if bumble bee snails would work they normally feed on stationary worms like that

no problem for the help lol and also puffers can be trained not to eat coral but they will if they want to so that’s not the best idea

I think there is a problem with my carbon dosing cause as I read it make filter feeders grow more
yea some of them can be hit or miss if you have a bigger tank you can try a yellow coris someone had luck with one of theirs eating them
and yea carbon dosing dose increase growth in filter feeders a lot anyways good luck and happy reefing

Sign of a healthy aquarium. Since they are filter feeding stuff from the water, that could cause algae blooms, I’d leave them alone.

yeah there is a little algae bloom around my glasses will they gone by themselves
Sign of a healthy aquarium. Since they are filter feeding stuff from the water, that could cause algae blooms, I’d leave them alone.
