Ok. I have had four small fish disappear. No signs of stress or disease. I am starting to think I might have a Bobbitt, but this is a new thing. No bodies find or anything else. I can't see a Bobbitt.

Where did your rock come from? You could have a predator like a mantis shrimp too, I think that's more likely than a Bobbit worm.

It's also possible that you have a parasite in your tank. Something like Velvet, though rare, can kill fish very quickly, and visible symptoms can be subtle if you're unfamiliar with them.

Set up by LFS 2 years ago. 2 Cardinal pjs, clown, sleeper goby, longnosed hawkfish, lawnmower blenny, midas blenny, cleaner wrasse. The missing were 2 purple firefish ( one new, one two years old), a Mandarin and a royal Gramma. Except for the Gramma, they all slept under rocks. No sign of worm or shrimp

Have you looked in the tank at night well after lights out? Use a red flashlight if you have one, maybe you'll spot a predator.

How do your remaining fish look?
Also, if they wedged themselves into a sleeping spot and died, you may not see them. Add in your clean up crew, you may never see them.
You could start pulling rocks to see if you can find remains.
