I need to get the pink anacropora out and frag it, the coraline has had a lot of the core stem because they don't base very well, I promised a piece to a mate anyway. ;)

Ok, update to keep the ginger bird happy, the cherub has had a stay of execution (eviction), it unsettles the tank more trying to catch fish than it is worth in this case, it is on it's final warning! ;)

This is the new light, back to 4 tubes but 2 x 75 watt led, three foot unit so 4 x 39 verses 8 x 24 watt T5s.
Still un tested!

I moved the two foot unit to the right today, darker desk end, to get the leds over the acros more as that is how it will be, test tomorrow and sort out a bulb choice!

Loving my stylo! :)

Going to be interesting to see the change in tank appearance and effect the new light will have on your system. Which LEDs (colors/wavelengths) are employed in the 75w units?

This is the latest version of the light, the leds are the same, no white diodes, their stock "custom" program is the Bali program, you set the length of day and it ramps through that cycle dawn 'til dusk, mine is set for approx 8 until 8.
The tubes will be on two pairs, just on and off but you can set the time for each pair on and off.

I got it used for £50, the four replacement tubes will cost me more than the fixture did if it works! ;)

For 50£ you say? I understand it's used but that still seems like a great buy! I demand pics of the new/used unit. Oh, I mean, can you please post some pics of the unit you bought?

What lamps are you going to run in it?

I have been thinking about this since I got it as I will be going from 8 tubes to 4.
I know the led cycle so I think I will go with 2 x blue plus, 1 x purple plus and a coral plus.
The left in the pic is the back so PP,BP, CP , BP.

Thanks, it will be if it works, they lost the power supply for the leds so I am gambling on mine being able to power the two light pucks or it will be expensive buying a new one!
I bought the light factoring in having to get a power supply and it is still a very cheap light! ;)

It appears to be in very good shape.

Good luck with getting the light to function with the power supplies you have on hand. I'm fairly sure you're aware to use a supply that provides the proper watts at the proper voltage. Otherwise, even though the LEDs may work they won't be driven properly and not give the designed output. Even if you have to buy power supplies I believe you should be able to pick them up for about £35 each. Still a great score for that light!
