Been reefless for way too long, and tankless period for longer than I have been in decades and I've got the itch big time. Due to health issues (horrible back problems) and leaking tanks I've ended up giving away all livestock and most of my equipment.

Been looking at a few all in one solutions, budget is tight, I'm looking at under $500 whole kit and primary livestock, LPS, , shrooms ,zoos, pulsing xenia etc, and may be 4 small fish and cleanup crew.

This setup with stand seems to run around $350 and looks pretty decent and large enough to be interesting and not too hard to maintain. (I've found better deals, this was the best I could dig up quickly)

The HQI model looks awesome, but a little out of budget, and for my needs, overkill for now unlees I can score a nice used one.

I have a few hang on skimmers but am thinking of going skimmerless and just do 5 gallon changes a month in lieu of regualr dosing and tons of equpment.

Been out of the game awhile so any suggesttions are more than welcome, as well as local folks to get in touch with for frags and whatnot.

If someone has a small setup they are interested in selling please let me know, I'm not ablle to do anything cashwise ATM , but do have a very nice guitar with hardshell case that I've been toying with selling or could possible trade for the right goods. Its in great shape, I just happen to have another very similar model so this one just doent get played much anymore.

Its an 08 Gretsch electromatic 5120 125'th ann model with several cosmetic and functional upgrades

They go for $700 new from MF and other online discount vendors without case, I'm looking for $500 or equitable gear/LS trade

20-30 gallon cubes would be ideal size and maintance wise, all help appreiceated.

Also have a blueline 250 watt ballast, mogul socket/reflector and XM 15k pretty well used bulb as trade fodder.

And Donny plays guitar, right? I think that if you are interested in run of the mill shrooms/zoos etc, I could help with donation of a few pieces of my well established colonies. I have that tubular bright star polyp whatever it is that's nice and easily controllable.

Do you still have rock? I've got some left over sand from my set up (might not be enough) and some rocks that I took out of my fuge that might work for cheap or nothing. Thought about selling the rock, but I could give you some. I'm going OOT tomorrow and I know this probably won't happen over the next couple of days, but don't worry about me not responding until I get back into town. And I'd need to know where you are since I'm not looking to drive long distance to deliver free stuff (working full time and provide full time child taxi service etc due to 2nd shift hubby). Yeah, I'm a little b!*&%y right now. Sorry....

Thanks for the offers, unless I can do a trade or a really cheap deal on a setup come my way its gonna be a good while before I hit the live anything stage. I live just past the frazier tunnels on the redbank side. I'm still not supposed to drive for about 6 more weeks, got half a dozen screws shoved in my spine about a month and a half ago, but I can usually arrange travel for short distances, I can handle about a 40 mile round trip, but not much more than that at present.
