I want to add a Naoko's Fairy Wrasse to my current reef tank. I have a 75 gallon 48" X 18" X 20" tank that has been running for 2+ years. I have been doing some research on them and I have come across lots of people that say it becomes aggressive with other wrasse as they mature. I only have one wrasse at the moment, it's a yellow and purple wrasse. Do you think they will get along?

Current stocking
Yellow and purple wrasse
Tomini tang
One spot foxface
O. Clown fish
Valentini puffer
Yellow clown goby
Watchmen goby
Longnose hawkish
Royal gramma
Blue/green chromis
Neon goby
Spotted mandarin goby
Red scooter blenny
Cherub angel

They do, and I wouldn't count on it - sorry.

Thanks evolved. Do you think I can add any peaceful fairy wrasse without being harassed by my yellow and purple wrasse?

Yes, any peaceful species will get along fine with leucoxanthus; they're rather mild.

Thanks again. Will a longfin fairy wrasse (cirrhilabrus rubriventrails) be ok?

Same complex as naoko, but not as belligerent. It's a better choice, but not a completely safe choice considering the tank size.

Hooded are beautiful wrasse, that would be a strong recommendation above.

Yea, I've been looking at that complex after evolved's recommendation and the hooded is defenetly my favorite.
