Need a custom piece made

Anyone in here that can build something completely custom for me? I would need to send you the pieces to figure it out but right now I can no longer get fleece in a 1” ID roll so I need an adapter to fit a 2” ID to my current fleece roller.

I have a theiling roller mat compact that BRS chose to discontinue getting fleece for. After doing a ton of searching I found a guy that makes fleece but the If is 2” and the original was 1”. So I need some sort of 3D printed device that would take what I have and make it easy to insert the red thing into the new fleece. I originally tried a 2” diameter piece of silicone tubing but it was so tight, I couldn’t not get them back apart.

Ok so you’re wanting, is to be able to pull the red piece and whatever piece is made apart easily while still being able to place it into the 2” and it work correctly? If I read that right?

Yep, I just need an adapter basically since it’s only 1” and the fleece ID is 2”.

That shouldn’t be an issue, could you pm me the exact measurements of the diameter of the red piece, diameter of the interior of the fleece, and the lengths of them both?

I would need to send it to you as it’s tapered and has grooves. That’s the only way this could be done correctly.
