So back story...Red Sea reefled50s died on me after a week and I opted to try a different light after my LFS didn’t leave me out to dry and gave me a refund. I got 2 Kessil A160WE tuna blues from my LFS and also the controller for them. I have sat for about an hour tuning tuning tuning. I am mainly keeping LPS and some softies. I can’t get the gooseneck to comply with being at its recommended height so it’s about 7-8” from the surface. I’m looking for a decent light schedule to run with the controller(I like the deeper blue side of things.). Thanks in advance hope someone has some good lighting schedules out there for these lights.

11:00 0% color %10 intensity
12:00 20% color 35% intensity
13:00 35% color 60% intensity
21:00 35% color 60% intensity
22:00 15% color 25% intensity
23:00 0% color 0% intensity (off)

You can mess around with the color percentages, 35 should keep it on the bluer side. I ran mine around 50% color. Intensity you'll want to play with, 40-60% is a good starting point. You can always increase it if needed.

I had a pair of A360s (the bigger brother to yours) on my 40b for sps, so being less wattage and smaller 50 to 60% intensity should be in the ballpark

Only thing I would change is running them at 100%, I did this when I had 5 over a 90g and it worked great. I know have 3 360we and 2 160we and all are set to 100%, the whole time they are on, from on to off 100% of the time.

What do you have running at 100%? Both color and intensity?

Just the intensity. My lights are on wifi timers so I stagger the different lights to come in 15 minute intervals. They are on for 13 hours a day the 1st 2 and last 2 hours they are 100% blue the rest of the time 50/50 on color with about an hour or 2 100% white. Been running them like this for 4 years and from acros to Lps to softies they all do well. Heres a pic for reference so you can see.

Looks good. I do agree with the above of likely being able to increase the intensity.

I’d love to see your lighting schedule written out so I can add it in programs for a later time but I only have two lights lol so something comparable.

I dont have them on a controller so I do the color manually. Come home for lunch turn them to 50/50, get home from work turn them to 100%white, hour or 2 later back to 50/50 then 100% blue the last hour or 2.
