Need a lighting schedule for a T5 LPS tank

I recently added an ATI 4-bulb fixture to my 40g breeder. It will be mostly LPS. The lights are about 6 1/2” from the top of the tank. How long do you think I should run the lights daily?

Is it just t5's? 10 to 12 hours

Yes just 4 t5’s. Wow, that’s a long time.

With 4 t5s you're not putting out massive amounts of PAR. So doing low amounts of par over a longer period of time is, to some. Better than blasting them with massive amounts of par for a short period of time. Or at least that's my perception of it ;)

That’s what I want. A tank full of LPS that don’t need a ton of light. My apex unit gets back from Neptune tomorrow after a repair. I can’t wait to set it all up!
