There’s a good chance I’m picking up a 29 bio cube tomorrow with some accessories for a steal. The only inhabitant is this guy and I can’t figure out the exact name. Any help would be great.

And that's the reason it is the only inhabitant. See if your LFS will let you trade it for something else.
