need advice with sump and stand

I need some advice. I have a used sump and a used stand. Both are ok. My stand is strong and will support. The other day I noticed my sump was leaking
At the top when I was cleaning the tank and the level was hi. It will be ok when it is at regular running height. But I noted the floor of my used stand was soft and dipping. I can afford a new sump and stand right now. But there is a gap under my sump where it meets the floor.. what would u recommend. Should I remove sump and maybe lay down a material (plywood?)?. Will the gap damage my sump. I know if and when I replace my sump a new stand will be in order. But please give me advice on what to do for now. Thanks

Someone I know just upgraded and is giving me there stand in really good condition really cheap. Its used but no water damage
Gonna swap stands and repair sump. Not gonna chance it. I think ur rigjt about a disaster in waiting.
