NEED GORILLA CRAB OUT ASAP

I need him out asap he literally just killed a hermit as im writing this

I just introduced new fish and one of them is really small im scared

You can try a trap, but I think your best bet is to know which rock it lives in, pull the rock out and hold it over a tote lid or large tray and poke the holes of the rock with a bamboo skewer until the crab falls out onto the tote lid.

He lives in like two rocks, I was so close to doing this earlier but he moved into the other rock, and this one would be difficult to move

Actually I’ve gotten many out of my tank. I took a piece of shrimp in a thin glass jar stand it upright against the rock overnight. They can get in but not out.

This worked for me on the very first night/first try, twice.

Put a raw oyster in a pint glass propped up against a rock. Make it so the top of the glass is easily accessible from the rock it is leaned up against so they can climb right in. If it’s slanted about 30 degrees or so, they can’t climb out, too slippery. They’ll just be waiting for you in the morning.
