need help brown stuff on sand.

I have this brown stuff on the sand bed growing. I don’t know if they are dinos are not because there’s no air bubbles. I’m guessing there may have been some silicates in my water because I onl recently changed my RODI filters and I know that they needed to be changed lol. If I could get some help with identifying this stuff I’d really appreciate it.

How old is your tank?

It's about a year old only. That's why I'm afraid of it being dinos and not diatoms.
