Need Help. Chalice Tissue is Receding

This is what we discussed last evening. I bet his problem is low Nitrates also.....

Just realized this is an old thread. Seems he had other problems. Magnesium too low which causes imbalance with alkalinity and calcium resulting in not being able to maintain proper alkalinity and calcium levels. In his case, he has to correct low magnesium first. Then alkalinity and calcium balance can be restored through consumption by corals and/or dosing 2 part until balance is fully restored.
