Hello all, I was wondering what has been the most dependable/reliable inverts that work really well in your reefs? I want to start stocking my tank a little more with some inverts to clean mainly rockwork and small hair algae. I have a few turbo snails and about 15 red leg hermits as of now in my 20 gallon reef. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

A Black Diadema Sea Urchin, Cleaner Shrimp, Serpent or Brittle Sea Star, Nassarius and Cerith snails, possibly a Sea Cucumber.

+1 on urchins. I had a tuxedo in my 20. CUC really depends on the tank and more often than not, really personalized. In my 20, I had x5 hermits, x3 cerith snails, x5 nassarius snails and x2 fighting conch snails. Just pick and choose depending on the CUC's specialty. Note that my 20 didn't have a single emerald crab (didn't need it). You can do the one per gallon rule but, if there isn't anything for them to clean (eat) it would become pointless. Add a little at a time.
