Trying to set up a used apex classic with new apex account. According to set up guide I am looking for something on the display to say Apex Fusion: Link mine says Apex Fusion Comm OK. How can I get the “token” for a previously linked apex?

Also the ph probe cap stays off after calibration to use correct?

Thanks for any help

I got it taken care of with customer support from Neptune

Just picked up a used Apex classic and I’m guessing I need to get a token to reset what the previous user was using. How do I get that

@ReefersDelite You only need a token to link the Apex to Fusion, if you want to reset the Apex you need you initialize the memory.
