Need help with a Cotton candy Torch

I was wondering if someone could help me It's Because Cotton candy Torch. And I can't tell if it's sick or if it's drying it a little brown at skeleton. It was fully vibrant 3 days ago, but it's been closing and right now I don't know what to do. I checked the base and I don't see any parasites. Here's a photo if you wanna see.

Where is it?

That center thing looks dead. Take it out and smell it, does it smell rancid or foul?

Not only is there no flesh band, there is no flesh. This has been declining for a while
