Need help with DIY container!!

I quickly had to set this up as my Frostbite Clownfish was being extremely aggressive towards my Nearly Naked Clownfish. She has been chasing him around the tank for the past 5 hours and I needed to separate them. I've had them for nearly two years and this is the first time they have really been fighting since the first week. I am using a critter cage to separate her there is a weaker jet going into it with a rock for cover. I did not drill holes in it and am not able to get a proper container for a couple days as all my local stores are out. Will she be OK in this container? I just want to make sure she'll be ok for the time just do not want anyone hurt.

Btw that isn't cyano bacteria my rocks are just very purple.

Should be fine if it's got flow through it.

How big are they and how close in size are they? You could have too feisty females rather than a pair.
