Need Help with doing cipro

I'd like to know if doing a Cipro treatment on DT has any effect on fishes and invertebrates?

I'm doing Cipro for the first time as i have recently lost a hammer and torch and i suspect its BJD. I have tried iodine dip and coral rx, unfortunately have been unsuccessful. I have decided to do Cipro treatment as a finial call to save the remaining expensive corals. If doing a Cipro on DT isn't going to have any affect on fishes on invertebrate, i will give it a go tonight to start of with.
The tank parameter is perfect and been quite stable
