Hi everyone,

Just setting up my new tank and need some help with my controller. I have a ACIII Pro which I purchased back in 2007 but just now have the chance to setup.

I am trying to update the firmware on the controller and set it up for aquanotes and access online. The problem is that I am unable to connect to the control regardless of what I try. I can't even connect to it when I directly wire the computer and controller together via a ethernet cable.

What is weird is that I am able to ping the controller's IP address and get a perfect response with the controller is setup through the router. I cannot however access the controller via my browser or aquanotes.

Other useful information would be that I am using a Apple wireless network connected to my cable modem. The aquacontroller is connected to a madcatz game console router which is connected to my wireless network and works flawlessly for my PS3.

Any help or advice would be appreciate. Most likely I am just doing something wrong.

Thanks!

  • Not at all. Feeding demands don’t limit my stocking choices
