Ive had this weird problem with my clarisea and I’ll try to be as clear as I can. So after a few hours of filtering/rolling, the roll starts to shift to the right. Causing it to roll the used filter media out of place. This ended up creating a gap where water can escape without being filtered. Normally it’s supposed to just roll up like toilet paper. This problem entirely ruins the whole point in the filter roller. Now I’ve tried everything I can to avoid it rolling out of place, but no matter what, it still does it.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Two things that helped me;

- Make sure your initial wraps are level and the amount “tucked” under is minimal

- Make sure the motor is aligned with the etched mark in the holder

The moter is aligned. I might try to throw away all the dirty media already rolled up and throw it away. Maybe starting fresh might fix this. i’ll let you know this fixes it
