Blue throat wrasse, red sailing wrasse ? LFS told me what it was, I just can't remember what the vendor told me. Anyone please chime In with suggestions. Thank you all

Looks to me like Cirrhilabrus rubripinnis, in which case he will likely become aggressive to other wrasses as he establishes.
A Cirrhilabrus cyanogularis is a close relative to this species from what I remember, however the biggest differentiator is the lack of blue throat in Rubripinnis.

Rubripinnis males do develop blue on their throat, just not to the extent of cyanogularis.
