Need help

I’ve had this algae I’m assuming it’s cyano but unsure. I have done chemi clean treatments and it doesn’t help if anyone can help with identifying or a cure to get rid of it I would appreciate it

If you’ve done 2 chemi treatments, likely not bacteria but an algae.
