Your nutrients are way too low for 8.9 alk. I bet it drifts even higher after you dose. Your alk should not be any higher than 7.8-8 when your nutrients are that low.
^ you seem to be chasing numbers vs trusting the eye test. Many a successful tank have more than negligible nutrients. This seems to correlate to your nopox treatment.
If You go back to the beginning of the thread You will see in post 1 that the eye test is done and is the reason of this thread.
Regarding the values there are some corals that dont fare well with phosporous above 0.2 or nitrate over 10.
In my experience browning of corals come from high phosphorous and/or low light intensity.
You can make the brown colour less visible having a bluer light color.
And You have high nutrients so it is no problems with the alkalinity. I would slowly lower the nitrate to 5 - 10 and the phosphate to 0,03 - 0,1
What kind of light do You have? Settings? Distance over the water surface?
