OK, a lot of new roofs going on in the neighborhood over the last few months and noticed I had a roofing nail in the back tire yesterday. It is almost on the side of the tire and tire place says it can't be repaired.
Now for the dumb question. My wife asked and I didn't know. Is there an issue with running run flats in the front and regular in the back? All my tires are currently run flats but was thinking of switching to regular tires and just throwing a tire repair kit in the trunk. Figure it would be about as useful as the run flats and regular tires should perform a lot better than the run flats. Tires are different sizes in front vs back so can't get any of the tire deals because they all require you to buy 4 tires. Plus the front tires appear to be in a lot better condition than the back.
