Right now I have almost completed my 18g nano cube build (16"x16"x16")
The lights on it right now are DIY LEDs from rapidled.com in a 16.2"x16" hood, now i also want to add 2 T5 bulbs to it as well but im not sure if they make a 16" or a 15" t5 retrofit kit.
Anyone have a solution to my problem?

The smallest that they make is 18" (Bulbs are actually 16.5", but you need room for end caps, so they just call them 18"). I have a retro on my biocube. It is a major pain however, as UVL is the only company to make 18" bulbs. And the only blue bulb they have is the cursed 454. It is really messing with my corals and making them transparent and what not. This is why I am upgrading 1smile1

If you are needing T5's for just the color, rather than the added PAR, then you should just get some stunner strips.

I have the LEDs, ~60w of LEDs actually so i dont need the PAR, i want the spectrum that t5s provide.
so the 12" bulbs dont really exist?

Just add a power compact. Probably find a nice blue or purple.
