Nelson Vargas Is a Scammer

I tried to buy a sunkist bounce and due to my own negligence, and my first time using paypal with a private party I sent him money and of course did not receive anything from him.
HE IS A SCAMMER DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM

And yes I know exactly what I did wrong so I dont need any feedback on that. However, is there anything I can do after the fact? I've contacted paypal and plan to dispute it on my credit card.

So we have 2 seperate threads about Nelson Vargas being a scammer. Mine clearly shows him violating the guidelines of selling on the forums and his inaction to explain himself shows guilt to me. Has his privileges to sell been revoked at least?
