Yo kaotic, welcome.
It is addictive.
You should cycle without fish.
That's the plan I do believe. A
Welcome, I'm from Carolina forest. You should join the Facebook group and check out jamrock corals when you're ready. Never used them but they offer hand delivery within Horry County for like $4.99, can't beat that. Now we just need a good local fish store. I heard coastline(socastee 707) may be getting back into saltwater.
It's a lil bit of a drive but I found a place in Wilmington. It's called coastal reef aquariums.
It's the place that got me wanting to do this. I walked in seen all the coral and was instantly hooked. I work in Wilmington so I will be visiting often. I think coastline is allready doing some saltwater stuff.

Coastline use to do saltwater, then they kinda let it go because there was seacritters depot in nmb. The owner, Bruce,, passed away on a Bahamas cruise. I was in coastline a few weeks ago and was told they hired someone to take over the saltwater section. Their plan was to redo it all and get it back running Time will tell how serious they are.

Never been to the stores in Wilmington, when I'm in Charleston I try to stop by tideland.

Hi all. I am new to the forum and new to all of this. Just set this 75 gallon tank up last friday night.I know it's nothing fancy but it's my first. But I will say I havent even got started and I'm allready addicted to it.
I have alot more stuff on the way. Dry rock. Protein skimmer, and wave pumps.
Just patiently waiting on them to arrive.
