Upgraded my lights with a T5 Hybrid kit. I have reef breeder leds and just added the AquaticLife hybrid kit.

Still working out the bulb combo , I’m thinking more blue.

These come with 2 power cords but I ran the one to the left side along the back. Made it look cleaner.

Update on the tank: I’m trying to lower the nitrates and get rid of my green algae hair. Raising my mag to see if it will take away and adding astreas snails. I hope they eat it :)

I thought for sure I was following this! Awesome setup and I love the lighting upgrade, looks sharp!

And FWIW I added Turbos and they mowed down my GHA issue.

Thank you! I’m hoping the new T5s will add better growth to my corals. I’m getting more into sps.

I took out the Atinic bulb and added another blue +. I like the color better for sure!

My cheto is growing like crazy, just took out half! Let it grow again!

I also just dosed Vibrent to get rid of my GHA. I hope that works!

How did you get the Reefbreeders to fit? Are the center brackets removable? Did you have to do any mods or did the Reefbreeders fit in the space between the led's? Thanks

Sweet! Thanks for the help

Np! My corals have opened up more with the T5s. I turned the whites off the LEDs and use one coral + bulb on the T5. If you do get them go down in % and slowly ramp up.

I currently run 2 ocean revives on my 55 but I'm upgrading to a sca 120 and was looking at the reefbreeders as I've read alot of great reviews. I was going to possibly supplement with a 2 bulb t5 strip but this setup looks a whole lot nicer! Any photos from the top or bottom to see what it looks like would be greatly appreciated!

My clam fell from there to there and landed safely thankfully !

I wonder why?!

Nice tank neo. Clams can detach themselves if they are unhappy with the current spot. To much light, flow etc. Hard to tell from the pic but is that a squamosa? If so they prefer the sand bed instead of rock work.

Thank you!

I was told it was a Maxima. When I had it on the sand bed before moving it up it seems not as happy.

When I put it closer to the top it opened up really nice. I did just add new lights and power heads .
