Anyone have trouble with they're afs letting moisture in and the food clogging up and not dropping any? I have it around 1 year, it was fine then this just started. They really don't seem to want to hear about it which is strange they're customer service was always excellent. I have the apex, breakout box, afs and the wav. All great products but this is a pain.

That's what I think it is but you would think after a week of emails back and forth neptune would have solved my problem by now

You would think, unfortunately the AFS is one of those modules that doesn't seem to be getting the same support as everything else I've bought from them and it's the first module/item from them that didn't just work and keep working for me out of the box, the stock adjustability even using their official food was crap.
